MyTourBook is provided by pCube Software Solution to help users create tours, invite members, record shared expenses, and calculate settlements.
Information We Collect
- Name, mobile number, email address, password, and optional profile photo for account creation and login.
- Tour details, family member names, expense categories, payment details, bill images, and participant split details added by users.
- Basic activity details such as login time, account status, and admin actions required to operate the service securely.
How We Use Information
- To create and manage your account.
- To show tours, members, expenses, reports, settlements, and invitations to authorized tour participants.
- To send account, password reset, welcome, reminder, and service-related emails when mail settings are configured.
- To protect accounts, prevent misuse, troubleshoot issues, and maintain the application.
Sharing
Your tour and expense information is visible only to the users who are part of the same tour or to authorized super admin users for support and account management. We do not sell user personal information.
Data Security
Passwords are stored securely using password hashing. Access to account and tour information is protected by login sessions and permission checks. Users should keep their password private and use a secure device.
Data Retention
We keep account, tour, and expense records while your account is active or as needed for support, legal, accounting, and security purposes. You may request account deletion from the Delete Account page.
